Antibody Chip Detection

Antibody microarrays (antibody chips) are a type of protein microarray with miniaturization, integration and high throughput. Our company provides customers with professional antibody chip detection service that can be used to detect the expression and abundance of proteins related to specific physiological or pathological processes, as well as for signal transduction and proteins.

Service Overview

Antibody Chip Detection

Our company's services are suitable for small amounts of samples and screening different types of chemokines. Our chips covalently bind highly specific chemokine capture antibodies to chemically modified solid photobases and amplify the signal with high-affinity paired secondary antibodies to achieve efficient detection of trace amounts of cytokines.

In addition, we construct standard curves using the detection signals from gradient-diluted standard samples and achieve accurate quantitative detection of multiple chemokines in target samples by standard curve fitting.

We require an individual evaluation of each item before providing analytical recommendations and costs. It can be customized for your innovative scientific research.

Service Advantages

  • High throughput: Data obtained in 1 day is equivalent to several weeks of Western blotting.
  • Diverse sample types: Each kit can be used to validate a wide range of samples such as cell lysates, tissue lysates, cell culture supernatants, serum, plasma, saliva, urine, or milk.
  • Minimal sample use: Far less sample volume is required to obtain the same data points as Western blotting, requiring less sample volume and obtaining more data than competing antibody microarrays.

Applications

  • Detecting the phosphorylation levels of protein pathways.
  • Exploring the functional mechanisms of clinical samples.
  • Pharmacodynamic analysis at the cellular and in vivo level.
  • Analyze the activation status of signaling pathways, which can be widely used to detect changes in signaling pathways under stimulation conditions such as drugs, gene disruption, and environmental stress.
