Test Method
Our company repeatedly administers samples at different doses (concentrations) orally, percutaneously or via the respiratory tract to experimental animals for most of their life cycle to observe the signs of toxicity.
We observe the animals daily during the test for various signs and perform ophthalmological, biochemical, hematological, and pathological histological examinations to evaluate the chronic toxicity of this sample. We also observe the number, type, site and time of occurrence of tumors in the animals and compare them with the control animals to evaluate the carcinogenicity of the samples.
Route of Contamination
Our company tests animals by 3 main routes: oral, percutaneous and respiratory inhalation.
Sample Preparation
Our company collects as much information as possible about the sample before starting the test, including structural formula, molecular formula, composition, physicochemical properties, stability, etc. The client should provide a sufficient number of samples for testing. If a sufficient amount of samples cannot be provided at one time, the samples' content should be consistent from batch to batch.
- Oral: Mix the sample with water or feed and ensure its stability.
- Dermal and inhalation: We often dye the poison in its original form, adding excipients if necessary.
Test Animals
The test can be performed on rats and mice, and Our company prefers rats. We use animals of both sexes in our test.
